Deals Of The Day: The Latest In Wealth Management M&A – Bluespring, Halcyon, LifeBridge

The latest mergers, acquisitions and other corporate actions in the wealth management sector.

Bluespring Wealth Partners, a firm that buys independent RIAs and hybrid wealth management firms, has acquired Halcyon Wealth Advisors, a firm affiliated with Kestra Financial. 

Halcyon Wealth Advisors oversees $364 million in assets under management. 

Under the terms of this deal, Halcyon will merge into LifeBridge Financial Group, a Bluespring firm.

This transaction follows a merger between LifeBridge and SilverStar Wealth Management). 

LifeBridge is expanding into the Dallas-Fort Worth area; it serves clients across Texas with offices in Waco, Houston, Irving, and Cypress. 

Headquartered in Houston, LifeBridge is led by managing director Michael Rudelson and lead financial advisors Selena Krampota and Grayson Palmer. The Halcyon team is led by owner and financial planner Lynn Clark, along with Carolyn Mora, director of retirement plan services and director of private wealth management.
